Tiger Safari Trails is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, scams, inaccuracies in operator-provided information, or any other issues that may arise between you and an Operator, including but not limited to issues related to bookings, payments (which are not handled by us), service quality, or safety. We encourage you to exercise due diligence and caution when interacting and transacting with any Operator you connect with through our Platform and to verify all crucial information directly with the Operator.
5. Your Consent
By using our Platform (including our website and communicating with us via WhatsApp or email) and providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure (including transfer) of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
