My wife and I started this platform to make wildlife travel more accessible — not just by listing options, but by personally vetting every operator we work with. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, not every individual lives up to the values we stand for.

This is why we’ve taken the decision to permanently ban Abhinav Biswas from our platform.

A Pattern of Deception

Over the past several months, we began receiving multiple complaints from customers who had made bookings through Abhinav Biswas. What began as isolated reports soon revealed a disturbing pattern of fraudulent behavior and unethical practices that could no longer be ignored.

• Abhinav Biswas consistently misrepresented safari bookings, promising customers Core Zone safaris but placing them in Buffer Zones without their consent or knowledge.
• He made unauthorized last-minute changes to resorts and room categories — often downgrading customers — without any communication.
• Despite collecting advance payments, Abhinav Biswas failed to provide booking confirmations, vouchers, or any legitimate documentation.
• After receiving money, he cut off all communication, leaving customers completely in the dark.
• He falsely promised experiences such as Night Safaris in Tadoba — an activity that is strictly not allowed by the park authorities.
• He repeatedly withheld key information, including operator details, lodge names, and itineraries until explicitly pressured.
• Most concerning, Abhinav Biswas instructed customers not to report their bookings to us, attempting to bypass platform oversight and operate independently and unchecked.
• In some cases, he even went so far as to forge safari booking documents, giving customers fake confirmations to avoid suspicion.
• We’ve also been made aware that Abhinav Biswas has scammed hotels, guides, and drivers, leaving unpaid bills and damaging trust among local tourism partners.

Our Immediate Action

As soon as we verified the extent and consistency of these reports, we acted swiftly:

• Abhinav Biswas has been permanently removed from our platform.
• A formal complaint has been submitted to the relevant authorities along with supporting documentation.
• We’ve reached out to affected customers and are assisting them as best as we can.
• We are also working closely with our hotel, safari, and logistics partners to repair trust and ensure they are protected from future incidents.
