Print-On-Demand Model
At Tiger Safari Trails, every piece of merchandise is custom-printed and fulfilled specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory and each item is uniquely created for its buyer, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues.
We highly recommend reviewing the Size Guide provided on each product page carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit for your safari gear.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction and the quality of our gear are paramount. While we do not accept standard returns, we completely stand by the quality of our printing partners.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, structural damage, or a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
How to claim a defect replacement:
- Contact us at tigersafaritrails@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Provide clear, well-lit photographs of the defect or damage.
Note regarding cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is successful.
